Just for fun, I ran Geekbench 5 yesterday on my cMP 5.1 on 3 different operating systems - Mojave, Catalina and Linux Mint

I work using Linux Mint 19.3 on this machine and it's interesting that it runs the X5677's by default at their max frequency where as MacOS doesn't seem to ramp them up at all.

Same CPU speed, just different compute performance due to different OS.

It's hard to see the 5677's current speed in macOS. You may run Linpack, and it will capture the CPU speed when it start.
