Interesting Index File Question

Hello.

So I have the Mercedes Command System and am running a 32 gb compact flash card through a pcmcia reader to put my music files onto my car.

Unfortunately, I am seeing the mac osx index files before each song,,,
so for a cd I see

.01 Song 1
.02 Song 2
.03 Song 3
01 Song 1
02 Song 2
03 Song 3

But The . files do not work so I have to scroll through those to get to the playable files..
IS THERE ANY WAY TO AVOID THIS!? Thanks for input or help.

You could delete those files using windows or maybe some flavour of linux via a virtual machine.
