Interesting Mac Mini M1 Benchmarks with Rosetta

Just got my Mac Mini M1, and doing some tests:

BrowserBench Speedometer 2.0

Mac Mini M1 - 16GB/256GB HD
Safari = 228 <- wow!
Chrome = 115 (with Rosetta 2.0)

Mac Book Pro 2015 2.5Ghz i7 - 16GB/2TB NVMe SSD
Safari = 108
Chrome = 96

Pretty impressive. Can't wait for more apps!

Early Disappointements: Can't run all iPhone apps on the Mac Mini, just ones designated as such. No Snapchat, no Instagram.

So even under Rosetta, it's faster than previous generations. I suspect that when using the newest Intel mini, the benchmark wouldn't improve all that much. Pretty impressive.
