I was looking at maps on iOS 8, and looked at Vanderbilt stadium (Dudley Field) in Nashville. The U2 360 concert stage from three years ago is still visible. Odd.

What's odd? You think new beta, new map data also?

No, actually. I don't think it has anything to do with the beta. The point was how old the image was. Like the title stated, "Interesting Map Find".

Apples satellite imagery is very limited for some reason. At my house it shows a car I got rid of about 2 years ago. Can't really tell exactly how old it is.

The application has always been called "Maps." It used Google data from iOS 1-5 and Apple data and features (like Flyover) from iOS 6 onwards.

Obviously someone didn't see the humor between the 2 post. Certain we all know it's always been called Maps!
