    I ordered one for my Mid 2010 MBP. I'll get it next week and will see how much it improves the overall performance.

    got the sad, installed it aND WORKS LIKE A CHARM. now need to activate trim i guess.

    Wow, that was a solid deal! I've had the 480GB version of that drive in my 5,1 for a while now and it has been a wonderful drive.

    I picked up this drive on Prime Day and it's working great so far. I have it connected via PCI using an Accelsior S for better speeds. It shows as "external", but otherwise it's seamless.
