Did it with iPad, did it with iPhone 4, none for iPods... if that doesn't show that Apple knew about the reception problem, nothing will!
Apple added the clip to Nano so I think Apple thinks there is no need for case or armband anymore. Honestly, 3rd party cases are better and cheaper
Apple released a bumper for the iPhone. The iPhone is a lot thicker than the iPod touch. In fact, Apple do technically have a sleeve/case. The iPod socks.
Can we get over the reception "problem" already. They should have just placed it better, that's all. Anyway, you say the case has to do with the "known" problem but then also state that they did it for the iPads. What are you saying?
It doesn't have a cellular chip and it doesn't have an antenna around the sides. How are you breaking ground with this thread?
Because it proves that they knew. If it had been that they just liked making cases, they would have made them for the new iPods, wouldn't they?
How about they probosbly thought why put a case on a touch when it has a mirrored back and that people perhaps want a case with a £600 phone and many people prefer to see the back on a £190 iPod cause they might not care about it lasting as long as the phone?
