OK, I am an existing ATT customer and THINK I'm eligible for an upgrade. I have checked on line but can't get a clear answer. It just points me to the phone sales page. Does that mean I'm eligible then?
Here's my situation.
I bought a 16gb iPhone right after they came out - thus extending my contract and using my 'upgrade.' BUT I returned the phone within 30 days because the internet was too slow. I have since been using my old phone. Does that mean the transaction never happened and I am now eligible again?
Do you think I'll be eligible for an iPhone upgrade? Thought I'd try here first before the painful task of calling the rocket scientists at ATT.
