I've spent the last day or so looking for something that's as good as Hillegass' Cocoa book, but that covers IB 3 .. it's really changed a lot since the book was published.

I easily find a lot of older material, IB 2.0 and things from 2003.

Is anyone aware of any books released or coming soon that will cover the newer Mac IDE? I find that cocoa books are few and far between.

I'm looking for something online or paperback.

I'm unaware of any. However, I personally found the switch from IB 2 to 3 a breeze. If you reallly want to get started, go through Hillegass' book with Xcode 2 and IB 2 until something better comes along. Switching to 3.0 is a matter of looking at the interface and realizing how they've moved things ( which makes it easier to use ).

Hopefully we'll get some good tutorial sites/textbooks for the 3.0 suite soon.
