iOS Interface Builder Crashes Every Time

So for a while now, every time I try to launch Interface Builder whether it be right out of the dock or through Xcode it will crash and want to send Apple a report. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

So your're on Snow Leopard?
Otherwise i'd recommand upgrading to 4.3.3

Interface Builder does not run as a separate app since Xcode 4.0. How can you run it out of the dock?
