Interior design apps?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any good interiior design apps for my Mac.

I've tried Microspt's Interiors, and to b honest, I hated it. It is awkward to use, not very intuitive and isn't well suited for the Mac.

All I want to do is design and furnish one room which I will decorate in my house, so I want to create some impressions.

Are there any other apps, other than Interiors, which will do the job quickly and easily?

Well, I design and install fitted kitchens as well as producing some house plans. Whilst in Vegas this year I purchased a copy of Interiors and am sorry to say I have to agree with you. Nees a full OSX make over.

Google are giving away a house design program but I have not tried it yet.

The Interiors seems to need a lot of patience to get the best from it. Almost OS 9 like software.

The sketch-up link is the free design app from google, could be cool. It links in with google earth so you can put your home on the world.
