Intermittent Magic Trackpad 2 issues (scrolling, drag & drop)

Macbook Pro, early 2015 model, 13 inch, with a Magic Trackpad 2. The trackpad seems flaky, like it doesn't always register when I use two fingers to scroll, or try to drag and drop something. My co worker has the same problem, although he has a 2013 or 2014 Macbook Pro. Any ideas?
 
I had some issues with my trackpad not long ago, although the new Magic Trackpad. Reinstalling OSX solved it.

Might seem like a hassle, but every machine needs a fresh install now and then 😉
