Dropped my iPhone 6 about a week ago, shattering the glass. I was still able to use the phone (screen protector was keeping all the glass pieces in place), so continued to use the phone until my appointment at the Genius Bar yesterday. I went for my appointment today and paid the £79 to have the screen replaced. However, I am now having problems with the 'touch' part of the screen being unresponsive intermittently. It doesn't seem to make any difference what I'm doing at the time, it just randomly stops responding, and the only way to make it responsive again is to press the sleep button and then unlock the phone again. I don't really want another visit to the Apple Store, so I was wondering what I could try first (without taking the phone apart). Any ideas?
