Internal error with fullscreen YouTube videos

Is anyone else seeing an internal error every time you take a YouTube video fullscreen in Safari? I assume it's just a DP1 bug, but if I'm the only one, maybe it can be fixed with a fresh install.

Also, when using fullscreen in VLC, the dock does not disappear. Can anyone else comment on this one?

not seeing it myself on my rMBP 2015, all I have is uBlock extension running. there's mention of videos and images not loading properly in Safari in the release notes:
