Internal Hard Drive is "Missing"

Hi There

I think I changed my permissions on a second hard drive of my Mac Pro, and now I can't see it anywhere (except Disk Utility, but it says the drive is mounted, and I can't fix permissions). Please help.

One possible workaround - boot up from the install disk and see if you can access it/change permissions that way.

Thanks for you reply, unfortunately my installer discs are missing! I found the solution at MacOSXHints - typing: sudo chmod -R ug+wrX /Volumes/MyHardDriveNameHere into terminal, followed by a restart has made the hard drive reappear (I think I changed permissions to no access which lead to this problem)
