Internal HDD keeps ejecting itself 5,1

Its happened about 5 times in 2 weeks now.
2x WD 6TB Black Drives in RAID 0
Randomly, one of the drives will eject with the "eject it properly" message.
I need to find the answer as my video editing library is on this array so its a pain when the app freezes mid-task because of this.
Any help appreciated.

Probably related to newer revisions to the SATA 3 protocol (SATA 3.3) used by modern high capacity drives.
