MP 1,1-5,1 Internal HDDs ejecting randomly

4x 6TB WD Black drives in the 4 front facing sata bays.
Striped. All healthy.
A disk keeps ejecting randomly. So I can only finish a video export half the time because the other half, I get a disk not ejected message and the export obviously fails.
Can anyone help with this?

What are the contents of :

cd /Library/Extensions

Also:

kextstat | grep -v com.apple

I think you are showing:

/System/Library/Extensions

I said:

cd /Library/Extensions
ls -l

I see my ssd installed in the dvd bay ejecting in Mojave only. Nothing out of the ordinary kextwise in your system. Inspect all non Apple kexts in /Library/Extensions/

Sorry. Nothing came up when I ran the command and I didnt know to run the second line you left out. So I assumed you meant the folder. Heres the list.

Im not sure what exactly you mean. There is a Windows 10 SSD in the dvd bay and Mojave is not on any drive in the system.
