Internal VPN Server

Does anyone know how to get the internal VPN server in OS X to work after upgrading to Maverick? I use the VPN Configurator from Greensoft and it's no longer working. I'm hoping Apple didn't remove the server function from OS X.

I'm having the same issue. I got a support email from the makers of VPN Configurator with a zip file attached and a new version of the program. However, I'm still having the same issue as I cannot connect.
