Internally sync Lotus Notes with iCal, Address

I hate Lotus Notes.... BUT I'm stuck using it for the office. Is there any way to sync Lotus Notes with iCal, Address book, Mail, etc. without using an outside conduit or intermediary like my BlackBerry? 😕

I don't think its possible, but then again are you using Lotus Notes v7? Or the new Beta v8.05 for Mac?

I hated using Notes for work (on WinXP) - IBM for the past 2.5yrs. Now that I don't use it any longer, and trying to learn more from it it actually is quite powerful and much better than Outlook. You'll jus thave to untrain the mind form hating it, and see if training is there to use its power - power from the admins.
