I hate contracts do that was a no no for me. Telecom was happy to sell it on prepay to me though when they had stock. Came with free sim too.

Got a call just now saying they had just accidentally sold my 'last' 32GB. *sigh* 16GB only other option from that store 'till monday. Calling around at the stores open late asking if there's any anywhere.. :'(

Not cancelled my online preorder yet, want to have the phone in my hands before I do so.

Edit, picked a 64 up from jbhifi. Very happy with it. :)

I ordered November 4th, and it still says processing items delivers 14th-21st november (UK). Anyone with these delivery dates shipped yet?
 
Ordered November 7. Black, 32GB.

Delivery tomorrow. Status shows it just arrived at FedEx here in Chicago. :cool:

My 32GB (wife didn't want to get me the 64GB version, sigh) black 4S arrived Saturday morning after buying it from Telekom on the 28th October. Technically it's about a week ahead of the estimated schedule. Only, very minor blemish is that there is a tiny piece of dust under the screen however it's not noticeable other than screen off.
 
Went to a Vodafone retail store, and got the last iPhone 4S available at the store (64GB version), and they only had that last one for me because it was already in reserve for someone else, but they failed to get it at the store on time. Talk about luck! :)

I am from India and have booked one iphone 4 long time ago and it took months for completing the delivery. just imagine if a new phone order takes months to be delivered then surely they don't have any outlets or factory in your country.
Unfortunately if any phone gets stuck then what about the repair or exchange status.
Customers should be focused much better and they should be given prior importance.
In my view Apple has the worst customer service.
