Please post anecdotal experience with iPhone availability here for people who are looking for iPhone stock. For example (true data)

Apple Store - Bluewater, Kent, UK - White 16 GB in good supply, Black 16GB running low, 8GB in good supply.
O2 Store - Bluewater, Kent, UK - no stock, expecting shipment between Monday and Wednesday
Carphone Warehouse - Bluewater, Kent, UK - no Stock
