International Plan for iPhone & 4S Upgrade

Anyone else who has the International Plan for iPhone concerned about losing it with their 4S upgrade?

It appears AT&T is attempting to eliminate grandfathering in this plan.

My 4S order confirmation email specifies "Enterprise Data Unlimited for iPhone 4S" but I'm still technically on the Intl Plan until I activate the 4S.

Could I just swap SIMs from the 4 to the 4S without calling for activation?
