Anyone know of an app on iTunes or Cydia which lets you send text messages to international numbers?

I'm in the US and I Want to text India and UK.

I know the iPhone can send text messages to international numbers using the same program... I've done it many times.

If you can call the number you can text message it. Unless your carrier is blocking you for some reason.
 
Haven't tried Yahoo Msngr - I don't have a Yahoo account!

I'm on T-Mobile and don't have international outgoing -- I can receive calls but can't make calls unless I add money to 'flexpay' - if I do then I can call/text but not otherwise.

So, I'm looking for an APP which will let me send/receive texts from international cell phones.

Ha-no need for sarcasm.

There are plenty apps that let you send texts to US numbers via Wi-fi. I'm just trying to find one for international numbers.

They have their own texting service but I have never used it (only the carrier based texting part of it) but it's worth checking into.

EDIT: It does international texting @ 12 cent per SMS credit.
