Internet Connect Missing in Top Bar

Until a couple days ago, I could access the Internet Connect application that I use to connect to VPN's from the top bar over near the clock. It's no longer there. How do I get it back?

In the Finder go to /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras and double click on VPN.menu
