I need this to remotely view & adjust data for our village hall air con

Not possible directly. Chrome or Safari won't work?

You could use something like LogMeIn to remotely control a Windows machine and access IE that way.

Or get a Surface.

There are some ios browsers like "Mercury" that can be set so that websites see it as IE...

No. You can't run Windows software on your iPad. Try looking into browsers that allow you to set the user agent to IE.

Yeah, OnLive Desktop. I think you need the Plus subscription to use the browser though.
