Internet from PC to iPhone5 using USB/other

Hi,

Would like to know how can I transfer internet access to my iPhone 5 through my company laptop (win xp pro). The laptop connects internet via wifi, however the password is not available.

Its it possible do some kind of 'thether reverse' with USB?

I already tried many times and the laptop has some securities rules that doesnt allowed me to share the internet via wifi (company s laptop).

Im done of spend 3G traffic..
