    I am not asking for private browsing history my wanted thing would still show the website just not all the little things at the end.

    If you use Firefox you could make a menu item that looks just like the address bar, code it to work the way you want (ask for the site domain and print it out) then stick it where the address bar is, then use command+L to bring up the address bar.


    Or you could deal with it how it is.
