Does the ipod touch work over seas, like in Australia? All the internet functions and stuff. I know the phone systems are different, so I was wondering...

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU like Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/420.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/4A93 Safari/419.3)

The iPod touch is not a phone whatsoever so if you expect a computer to work overseas with the Internet you can expect the same from the iPod touch. I'm using mine in HK right now and have used it perfectly fine in AU.

Melbourne, Australia

About the only things not fully localised are the home location button on Maps (which will no doubt come as WiFi base station data expands), Stocks (which I have no interest in anyway) and mostly TV shows which iTunes Store can't yet sell outside the US.

Everything else is brilliant.
