I have a major problem with my Internet connection. The AirPort says that it can't connect to the Internet because it has a self assigned IP. I have tried some many things, but it has been down for the last two days. I need help on how to fix this problem. I need to get on the Internet soon. Also, please put it in laymans terms since I am not very tech savvy. Thank you😕

Your airport card isn't getting the necessary IP address from the router or modem. Try rebooting your router or modem.
