Internet radio recording software?

Hi all, anyone know any free or cheap internet radio recording software?

I want to put a recent radio set on my iPod but haven't found anything good at the minute. 😕

Audio Hijack Pro is meant to be very good (I use other Rogue Amoeba software and it's fantastic) but it's not free (US$32).
