Internet radio with screen closed -- yes or no?

    I'd like to listen to audio with lid of my mba closed. Is it possible. I can with my ipad2.

    His iPad can listen to the radio with the screen off. :rolleyes:

    And I don't think you can listen to audio with the screen closed on the air.

    You can, but you have to prevent it from going into sleep mode. There are a few programs that will achieve this.

    Hey stupidos i have a case that closes the screen on my ipad but i can still hear audiio. I have a pc laptop thst also allows me to do thst. I think i could do it with my old macbook by setting a oreference. So why not the mba?

    I've heard that you shouldn't use this software because it can apparently mess up your system. I don't know what it does, but several people here have warned me not to use it.

    Yeah, that's why I didn't recommend it. I've personally never had a problem with it, but I think it can mess stuff up if you use it wrong.
