If I do not renew my iTunes subscription will I still be able to get internet radio?.

I don't have an iTunes/Apple Music subscription, but I can access the Internet Radio stations I previously put in a playlist despite not being able to find Internet Radio in the Catalina Music app. Try placing the ones you like in a playlist.
