Started with missing recovery partition on Lion 10.7.2. Tried to download fresh copy of Lion from APP Store. APP STORE>PURCHASES>LION10.7.2.>SHOWS INSTALLED>
Depress OPTION & Click - that started to download. After it downloaded, it asked what drive to install on and I clicked on SHOW ALL DRIVES. It then hung there for over 20 min. Had to Force Quit and now it will not download at all.
( Instruction say to download to external drive, not boot drive ) Any help ?
Also I had previously install Recovery Assistant on a small external drive. It used the entire partition for Assistant, but the drive is now invisible on either a Mac or PC. How do I re-format that drive ?
