internet sharing not working

Internet sharing stopped working this weekend for no apparent reason. I found a couple things online but non of them seemed to work.

Anyway, i deleted the file com.apple.internetsharing.plist and it will not recreate on reboot. The file is located in Macintosh HD/System/Library/LaunchDaemons.

If anyone has a 2.4Ghz MBP (current generation) and would be willing to zip that file and upload it hear/send it to me in an e-mail that would be great.
