Internet Sharing on Mac Mini 2010 Server Edition

Hey guys 'n gals.

New to these forums, hope to find some help 🙂

So, I am trying to share my internet (USB modem) via ethernet to my PS3.

I am aware that I must enable Internet Sharing in System Preferences, but, the option is not present there...

Here is a screenshot:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running Mac OS X Server 10.6.3.
