Internet Usage Policy

I bought a used laptop from a college student and I am getting following error while I am accessing site like youtube.com, forums etc...How do I remove this policy from my mac and get the site access

i think you would need to speak to your ISP.

ISP is fine. I can access all sites from other laptops or PCs

You need to restore the laptop it has it's parental preferences set to harsh!

Do a fresh install and re-create your user account and set your settings to Admin.

A fresh install on a used computer is always a good idea - no telling what lurks in the bowels of the machine.

Why not just create a new Administrator user account and delete the old one?

Why wouldn't you want to do a clean install on a used computer? Makes no sense at all.

Usually because some seller loaded it with expensive but unlicensed software and doesn't have the install media.
