When I'm in Mac OSX, the internet is just fine. However, whenever I'm in windows it slows down to a crawl and pages take forever to load, games run extremely laggy; etc. How do I fix this? I've already tried rebooting my router/modem, repairing and etc. Is it just that my macbook has really bad wifi reception? Thanks for any responses.

It may be a matter of the browser you're using in Windows.. Or maybe something wrong with the Airport driver? Hmm...

Make sure that you have inserted the set-up disks you received with you mac (while in Windows) and make sure you have downloaded all of the drivers. A browser I would suggest is Google's Chrome. The game lagging might be due to RAM. If you have a white macbook (as do I) the graphics chipset isn't really built well for games. If you have the new alu macbook, then you should be fine.

The lag is definitely from my crappy internet. There is no drop in framerate, just massive ping. I've tried repairing, and I'm basically the next room over from the router. Did I mention that the internet works perfectly in Mac OSX?

Oh, and all drivers are installed properly.
