interview with apple retail

tomorrow i have a scheduled interview with apple retail, they are opening two new stores in my area..

i am so nervous.
my background is in customer service and inbound technical support

just looking for any input, stories or experiences with apple interview process etc. from other on here who may have been in my shoes.

tips and advice are also very very welcome!
