Intuos4 setup question

Just purchased the Intuos4 medium tablet for use with photoshop and other graphic design programs. I know it's mostly a matter of personal preference on how you set the buttons up on this tablet and I'm sure I'll end up with my own preferences eventually, but I was wondering what shortcuts you all have set up on your devices?

I can imagine that having an undo button or a new layer button would be handy, any other ideas?

I mapped the Brush Larger and Brush Smaller Photoshop keystrokes to the rocker switch on the pen itself; same for Manga Studio. Works a treat -- I have no idea why I didn't think of it years ago.

I use the wheel to change my brush size in Corel Painter and Photoshop. Not sure if my wheel works in ZBrush I'll have to try it.
