my wife’s iPhone 5se, sprint network, is giving her an invalid SIM error. I’ve restarted the phone, popped out the sim and made sure it was in properly...none of that helps. Any ideas on what all of a sudden caused this error and what I can do about it? TYIA

Have you tried to dial ##25327# or dial ##72786# or reset network. Do one at time to test before trying another one. What iOS version is the device on?

I tried both the #s but I didn’t reset the network. You mean in system right? Will that erase any data? The IOS just updated the other day to the latest one. TY.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will reset the network profile but may delete your WiFi saved passwords and no data will be deleted.

if you are talking about iOS 12.1.3, there seems to be an issue with Sprint but they are aware of I and may have been fixed by now.
