Inverter Board repair?

does anyone here know how to fix/replace an inverter board in a notebook. Or at least know anywhere that will fix/replace it for free?

ifixit.com has guides to replace the inverter board on nearly every Mac notebook. I doubt anyone will do it for free.

unless his mac is in warranty/ he has apple care and its a genuine fault...which i think its not.

www.ifixit.com is the best site if you want to repair your mac yourself.

eBay has cheaper parts than ifixit, but certainly not as low as free...

If you are looking at the white Macbook the part itself is a cheap one - $10-15. However, you will need to take quite a bit of it apart to do the repair.
