Purchased an Invisible Shield (full body) from a seller on eBay - it was a legit company. I've messed the back side in the process of trying to apply it... where do I stand in terms of getting a replacement from Zagg (if at all I do stand anywhere :D )

your chances of getting a replacement is almost 100% i guess :)

an authorised dealer did quite a (bad) job for my InvisibleSHIELD.

i mailed to zagg and did all the registering of product and all.

they agreed to provide me a replacement.

shipping costs about US 4-6 (i think).

just tell them your condition; and they will give you a replacement.

by the way, in order to qualify for the life-time warranty, you could send it back. you can choose not to if you want :p

the process is: request for replacement; mail to you; send the old one back.

EDIT: best if you're able to get someone good at it to apply it.

    Cheers for that.

The eBay company who I bought it from checked my video out and they're in the process of sending me a back replacement.

    One happy guy ;)

i had little trouble with mine for the iPhone. On the first instal i got one bubble but i went away and i had it for over a year. I replaced it because of dirt and it was even easier the second time.
