Have you ever had to take one off?
Nope. No point removing it from phone 1 as the Genius gave me phone #2. ;)

i remove my BSE at the back because my eco shield came in. damn in less than 2days iphone letters stripped just a little on BSE.
I'm mildly worried, but not really. I don't plan on taking off the BSE ever. And if I do? I don't normally look at the back of my phone. And I do use it with an iPod sock.

OP, I'm sorry you were on hold so long. That was with Invisible Shield right?

Yeah, I was seduced w/ the BSE's $10 shipped for a shield that covers nearly every last part (including the chrome trim, the little home button, the sides, even the top and bottom edges).

Does anybody have alternate contact information for these guys other than the emails and phone #s that are posted on their website? I am left on hold for hours and they do not respond to emails. What a company.....

Funny on my first iphone i had to return it because the screen died, so i went to remove the bse and it ripped off the black antenna cover.wow so does this mean that bse and shieldzone products are not that great ?
Someone at the Mac store also told me that the plastic holds in much more heat and could mess up the phone, so i orderd the agent 18 case that has awsome reviews on the apple site. I guess i will be returing the BSE set that i bought last week, im glad i did not put it on yet.
ANyone have reviews on the agent 18 case ? Could it case any scratches on the phone that i should worry about ?

Thanks all

I am about to purchase a similar shield for my brand new iPhone and this thread has made me *very* wary to do so.

Has anyone else experienced or heard of any other such experiences in removing the shield?

i just installed the IS on my iphone today and it's setting now (and all day tomorrow)...good to know about the peeling...i'll try and heat it and wet it slowly as i peel it if/when i need to do that. i have a few small bubbles on the back, but no one really looks at the back...front is immaculate. i just can't buy something so beautiful and put any case on it, no matter how see-through or thin the case is...the IS is as much as i'll do...

I use Invisible Shields on ALL my devices and LOVE them. I've heard BSE is similar, but don't have experience with them. I'll tell ya though, the IS have saved me from countless scratches, etc., and wouldn't use a device without it anymore.
