Invisible Shield *Zagg* Company Sucks !!

On Iphone 3g day I ordered 3 full body Invisible Shields , took about a week but I got them , after reading many reviews here and doing a little test strip on one of the phones I decided to call to to send them back , they gave me a refund code and so forth and I sent them back .

Yesterday I get a credit for 1 shield , and I am like "Where is the rest of my Money " cause I bought 3 sent 3 back , of course 2 were unopened . Well I called them and they said they only got one back , funny considering I sent all 3 back in the same box and they were wrapped all together with bubble wrap, and the only way to get to one was to unwrap all three ...

Well anyway Zagg said there was NOTHING they could do and would not refund the rest of my money , of course that lead to my phone call to the CC company which they have reversed the charge and of course coming here to vent my frustration ... So , I assume someone in the receiving department probably lifted them and only reported one cause it was open , but still the guy on the phone was rude as well ... He was like " Oh Well" .... and basically calling me a liar saying that only one was returned ...errrrrrrrrrr

So buyer beware , to me the product looks terrible on the phone and the customer service is even worse ...

While I've never had any issue with the company itself, their products are pure crap. I wound up returning a set for my iPhone 4 awhile back and was promptly refunded my purchase amount.
 
Hate to bring this back from the depths, but after dealing with Zagg or should I call them Crap-Zagg, I have to share their shadiness. Beware, they are a shady company. For anyone to think that two little pieces of thin plastic are like gold, they need to go away.

Buy from anyone but them!!! Save yourself the time and headache of using their crap products. :mad:
 
It's very obvious. Why go with Zagg when you can go with one 1/4 the price and get a better product and service elswhere?...
 
I never had a problem with them....When I had my HTC Incredible, I purchased one from their site....I actually messed it up...and you only get one. I called them, they sent me one for free. :) How horrible of them.

When I got my iPhone 4, I got another one and still love it.

It's all about attitude.

Product is not terribly easy to install (goes on similar to windows tint). So, just because you suck at putting it on doesn't means it's a bad product. If you want something easy to install, go buy those crappy 5-pack shields that come off every two weeks to one month.

I agree sir. My zaggs are still going strong.
 
I've had it one my old 3G S and it held pretty good. It peeled toward the end of my 3G S life (that phone died May 2011-I had it since it was originally released).

I have it on my white iPhone 4. The front screen film peeled off, but believe that was because I kept it in my jeans pocket on a rather warm day. I believe the heat is what lead to the film peeling.

Otherwise I've never had a problem with the product.
