Hello everyone,
For my company I have to make approximately 200 contracts and invoices in the near future. I need some kind of software where I can fill in some fields, making the inputted data appear on the Contract/Invoice template. I need to be able to link the Contracts + Invoices, Order by Dates and Contract/Invoice Number etc. Basically what I'm asking for is some kind of database program, which will also take into account tax calculation and other variables.
You see I manage a bunch of Musical 'Ensembles' (for the lack of a better word) which play concerts. Now for each place they have to play the instructing party must sign a contract + invoice, and I somehow need to track it.
This year I used word/excel on my windows machine, but eventually I ended up having over 600 files, all spread out, and it has been a living hell. I am willing to pay for it, though no outrageous sums.
