iO6 16 Car Play - How to disable Route Auto Suggestion?

Hey everyone, Happy Monday!! Is there a way to stop car Play on iOS16 from suggesting a route back home anytime Car Play starts when I am not at home? I know how to get home lol. Its very annoying. I know there has to be a way to shut this off? Any help is appreciated.
