Just sent an iMessage to a colleague still running 10.1.1 from iOS10.2 with the new technologist emoji ... and if the messages app isn't open and active, it's completely locking up the iPhone, requiring a hard reset. It is repeatable, and does it with other emoji such as the Astronaut.
