iOS 10.1.1?!

Did this just release this morning? Went to software update and just noticed apple has released 10.1.1 on my iPad mini 4 and 7 plus. I haven't seen any apple related news sites make any reports on a new software update.

Just the full installer. Sometimes its a delta, sometimes its a full.
