iOS 10.1 Developer Beta 3
Build: 14B71
Darwin Kernel Version: Darwin Kernel Version 16.1.0: Thu Sep 29 21:56:10 PDT 2016
Firmware Version: iBoot-3406.20.16

Please report bugs to bugreport.apple.com
(a developer account is not required to do this).

Changes:
- Modem Firmware updated to 1.01.13 on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus (Up from 1.01.11 in Beta 2)

Bug Fixes:
- Third-party media control interface has been fixed. (In beta 2, "-" was displayed instead of numbers.)
- Keyboard sounds are louder now.
- Battery algorithm is changed again and provides 9+ hours in mixed scenario of usage in battery normal mode.
- Call and other Volume is now louder and better than before. (no hissing and cracking)
- Wifi/LTE reception is up to the mark of intended operation. (trick is here to play with fregmentation threshold settings with reduced beacon in router for iPhone's wifi performance instant boost)
- Auto Brightness is quite impressive now througout the iOS. Now it works as it should have been functional long ago. (in previous iOS versions Auto Brightness only works to adjust ambient light threshold if its implementing its potential from lock screen to home screen)
- Bass in music is significantly better now.
- Raise to wake is no more battery hungry.

Bugs:

-Videos in media controller does not obey the display accomodations> color filters settings.
-iPad Air 2 may play noises and then stop playing anymore sound after playing some music. Current workaround is to restart the device.

Added release notes as an attachment.

Which bug is this?

Where '123' does not change back to 'abc' after one character then the space bar. Requires 2 characters to be entered then space to auto change back. But whats more irritating is that its fixed in the address/search bar, but not in text fields within Safari.

So they 'half' fixed it.

Still hoping they'll fix it sooner rather than later (or at all).

Well they half fixed it. Now 1 character changes back in Search bar, but not text field. Like why. Why couldn't they have done it throughout Safari, not just the search bar.

I can confirm with Beta 3 there still is that horrible shutting apps lag, I give up with Apple, my 7 Plus is a joke

Again, that is an additional animation being ran, its not lag/stutter.

I find it amazing that this has apparently been so hard for them to fix.

This is literally the smallest "bug" I've ever seen someone hardecore complain about
