iOS 10.2 beta 1: Cannot backup iPhone in iTunes?

Hi all,
I can't seem to backup my iPhone 6 in iTunes with 10.2 beta 1, the bar on top would just roll forever and will just disappear. Sometimes it would pop up a message stating that connection with the iPhone was reset

Any help?

Same problem here since beta 2... glad I'm not alone ;-) Sometimes the backup works sometimes connection error pop-up
