Wrong. Wrong. The first beta of iOS 10.3 won't be released until January 2017, that should be followed like iOS 9.3 beta 1 did.
I know 10.2 isn't out yet but it looks like just more emoji and bug fixes..
What do you guys think the big feature of 10.3 will be in late winter? A dark mode?? I sure hope so. What else could they have besides even more emoji?

I think IOS 10.3 will bring some features for Ipads(I hope) . Also,The Ipad Pro 2 will be shipped with IOS 10.3 , IMO

Plenty of other things in 10.2, with emojis broken just one of the smaller changes.

No, no one knows of course but if last Monday wasn't a holiday, we would probably have received a beta. So, its not impossable for a beta to be released today.....

I will laugh so hard because of all those claiming it will be out today and it isn't. Everyone is so certain and none of you have a dang clue when it will drop. Based on the past 2 years, I would not expect anything today.
For the record, I'm not claiming it won't be but I am sure not going around saying it will be.

Agreed. I can't stand it on iOS 10. I would open it daily, now I go weeks without opening it.

Every beta in the 10.2 phase has been released on Monday. Why would this change and what do you think Apple were doing the week before Thanksgiving week? It's primed and ready.
